Your satisfaction is very important to us at Nanok Kids, so please take the time to familiarise yourself with our policy below.

Your Guarantee
At Nanok Kids we are confident in the products that we sell. We have adopted a 100% risk free policy, so that you can put your mind at ease.

All our products are designed and produced with great care and attention to detail and we hope that you will be delighted with them.

If for any reason you are not, please return them unused within 30 days of purchase and we will refund or exchange them, no questions asked.

If you decide to return them, you will receive a full refund of the price paid (excluding relevant delivery charges).

This is subject to the following conditions:

• You are responsible for returning the product to us
• You will be responsible for the cost of return (unless the product is faulty)
• The product must be returned unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging with all tags attached

Please note: We will not accept returns for any non-faulty products that have been worn or used and where the tags have been removed.

If you wish to exchange the product, then this is subject to product availability. We can only exchange a product for the same product in a different size and/or colour, subject to availability.

Faulty Products
In the unlikely event that the product you purchase is faulty, we may offer an exchange or refund as appropriate, in accordance with your legal rights.

We will exchange and re-send a new product free of additional delivery charges, subject to availability. If the correct product is no longer available, then we will issue a refund including delivery charges.
